Sirs, last week two of your employees installed a new boiler for me. Both performed extremely professionally, were never phased by any problems encountered, worked diligently from the moment they arrived and, on departure, left without any undue mess. Their attitude was that “we do it right first time”.  We have been using the boiler over the weekend without any problems whatsoever. This is to record my complete satisfaction with the project and with these two high quality personnel.
